Ethical Dilemmas in Software Development ⚖️🖥️

As technology continues to permeate every facet of our lives, the ethical considerations surrounding technological development have become increasingly significant. In this context, we invite all of our colleagues in the Information Technology fields to take part in the “Ethical Dilemmas in Software Development” survey. This research aims to dig into the intricate web of ethical challenges that developers encounter in their pursuit of innovation. In short, what we hope to add to the literature with this study is an answer to the following question: “How important are ethical guidelines in fields related to Information Technology?”

This research is an initiative developed by the AI Robotics Ethics Society (AIRES) at PUCRS, in partnership with the University of Caxias do Sul (UCS), and supported by the Network for Safe and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (RAIES).
